RETURN POLICY

 

A customer making a purchase as a consumer (a natural person who acquires goods for purposes unrelated to business activity) who has concluded a distance contract through Galeria Agra-Art SA (Seller), regardless of the form of delivery or receipt of the goods, may withdraw from this contract without giving reasons by submitting an appropriate written declaration within fourteen days from the date of delivery of the goods that are the subject of this contract.

To meet this deadline, it is sufficient to send the customer an appropriate statement to the Seller before the deadline expires.

The returned item should be sent to the following address:

The due funds will be returned to the Customer's account within 14 days from the date of delivery of the package.
