How to Buy – Tips for Customers

A few tips on how to shop in our store

  • Every giclée is different.

We have many registered Jacek Yerka giclée patterns – that is why each pattern has its own category. Within the category we buy specific numbered copies of the work.
For example: pattern category "Private wave” contains 4 copies from an edition of 50 pieces: 1/50, 12/50, 3/50 etc. To buy, go to the Jacek Yerka category -> choose the “Private wave” category -> choose a specific copy of the series with a unique number (e.g. 12/50)
We buy a specific copy with designation as in the title.

  • Print runs and sizes.

Giclée editions may vary in size and circulation. In our shop you will find standard sizes (smaller side 54 cm) or Supersize (smaller side 66 cm) – e.g. Ink Street. The same design can have different editions differing in size. Usually, however, a new edition differing in size is created after another edition of a given design has been exhausted. The most popular designs such as Librarytama, only exist in Supersize editions.
Supersize editions are marked with the symbol XL in the store.

  • Giclée unframed vs framed.

In the vast majority of cases, we suggest choosing unframed works. Firstly, it is much easier and safer to send them, secondly, choosing a frame is often a long process that requires consideration and adaptation to the interior. In our Gallery, we can of course also advise on framing, and you can also see examples of framed giclées on site.

  • Shipment of works

After selecting specific works in the basket, we will also see an automatic calculation of the shipping cost depending on the geographical zone. Currently, we have calculated automatic rates for the zones: Poland, Europe, USA, Canada. For other countries, please contact for valuation purposes.
Before you buy, you can of course to see how much it costs to send a purchased work – depending on the packaging method and destination. You can of course also pay on the spot when picking it up in person.
Please note – for safety reasons, we can send a maximum of 2 unframed works in one shipment (cardboard tube).
Unframed giclee is shipped free of charge within Poland!

  • Payments.

We accept online payments (operator First Data) by payment cards, Blik and electronic transfers from many Polish banks. We also accept Paypal. On-site at the Gallery, you can pay by card through the terminal.
    We do not accept cash!

  • Custom Designs (Yerka)

We have developed about 130 giclée patterns in our database, but not all of them are available for sale. In the "Jacek Yerka/ Patterns" category we will place photos of works that can be printed on request. The waiting time varies (from a week to a month) - it depends on the availability of Jacek Yerka, who is rarely in Warsaw, and must personally view and sign each of the works.
