Payment and Shipping Information
For purchases at the Agra Art Gallery:
- Via the Internet – by payment cards or electronic online transfer in selected banks. The online payment system is operated by First-Data. We enable payments with basic payment cards and through a number of banks present on the Payeezy platform – the list below:
- Via the Internet – via the system Paypal (in this case please use e-mail address agra@agraart.pl),
- By payment card at the Gallery at ul. Wilcza 70 (Visa/MC),
- By transfer to the account:

Rules for shipping and receiving items:
- Personal collection is possible during the Gallery’s opening hours (weekdays 11am-6pm, Saturdays 11am-3pm);
- We may ship purchased items at the buyer’s expense and risk;
- Unframed works are sent within 2 working days by courier (Fedex, DHL). We pack them in stiff cardboard tubes;
- Framed works are shipped within 3 working days via a courier company (Fedex, DHL); they are secured with bubble wrap and packed in stiff cardboard boxes.
Please note: Shipping costs for framed works may be higher. - In the case of particularly fragile works, placed behind glass or in delicate frames, we suggest personal collection.
